This Christmas was definitely different. But still a good one. On Christmas Eve I woke up and went shopping a few last minute gifts... and then got ready at my Granny and Paw Paws for Mass at 4pm. After Mass we came back to my grandparents house to finish with last minute food and stuff. Then shortly after everyone (meaning everyone on my moms side of the family) came. We ate a lot of food...mostly junk food but hey its alright its Christmas! And then exchanged gifts. Now that I'm getting older I mostly get money. I don't care cause I used all my money for a north face! which I LOVE!! oh and I got another style and different color from my Aunt, Uncle and the twins! After everyone left and all the cleaning from the evening was done my mom, dad, two brothers and I went to my dad's dads house. We exchanged presents had some more junk food and then came back to my Granny's to spend the night.
Christmas Day was different also. It was our first year not waking up in our house. It didn't feel so different but it just wasn't the same. We had to wake up my 8 (almost 9) year old brother! He was still sleeping at 7:30!!!! So after opening presents from Santa we took showers and got dressed to go to my dad's cousins house. Same thing we do every year. I love our traditions haha!
My big present was a new straightner. I got a lot of money and small things. Hope everyone had a GREAT CHRISTMAS!!!
p.s.- Sorry that this is soooo behind. College and health problems took over my break and now still is.
