R.I.P. Paw Paw

On Feburary 24th at 1:05am my mom got a phone call from one of her older brothers. He said that their dad wasn't breathing, they were trying to resatate him. My mom woke everyone up and we rushed across the lake in about 25-30 mins. It usually takes 45 mins. The whole ride there I kep telling myself that everything was going to be okay. But little did I know that he was gone. We dropped my mom and brother Brandon at the doors to the ER. And my dad, my little brother and I parked the car. When we walked into the waiting room my Uncle that called us was waiting for us. My dad asked if he was gone. He my Uncvle said yes. I remember screaming. I couldn't help it. It was all so unexpected! Come to find out he had namonia. His doctor kept giving him cold medicine. That night he was having trouble breathing so he let my Granny and Uncle take him to the hospital. If anyone knows my Paw Paw, he is very stubborn and hates going to the hospital. They brought him to the ER around 11pm. And he died at 1:20am. It feels so unreal. I wish I could talk to him and tell him goodbye. His funeral was amazing. But he is very missed. We all love him so much! I wanted to speak at his funeral, but wouldn't have been able to speak. My older sister, brother and a older cousin spoke. I just keep asking WHY HIM?? My Paw Paw helped everyone and was a true Hero! He still is! Its so hard with him not here when we all need him the most. He is the best Angel that God could ever have!

Paw Paw we all miss you soooo much! Its really hard with you not being here. You always kept the family tied together and helped everyone get through ANYTHING and EVERYTHING! Love you so much Paw Paw!! Your the best Paw Paw anyone coud ask for! And just to let all the granddaughters know, I am and always will be his favorite! :)
