christmas?

is it hard to believe christmas is almost here? by almost i mean 44 days!!! so i'm starting to plan christmas card pictures. usually its just us kids (my brothers and i). and plus i usually pick out what we buy to wear (double bonus is we wear it christmas eve or christmas day too) and what the cards look like.

last year we kept postponing to take them and my mom just went through our closets and grabbed sweaters/shirts that went together and drove to northshore mall in slidell (about 25 mins away). we did what cheap people do and used the back of the santa set up and took pics. i kept telling my mom we were gonna get yelled at or the security was gonna escort us out. it was just me being a nervous nellie... but we did get a few laughs out of the faces people were making at us.

so onto this years cards...i've been looking on pinterest. have i ever told you how much i LOVE pinterest?!?! well i do, i just love it. i could spend hours at night just liking and repining stuff. i'm still new to it and learning a lot. i fount this one and though it would be hilarious to do. our family would get a good laugh, not sure about old family friend that havent seen us in years...or that dont know or personalities.

cute right?? well i think it is. but then i want to do one outdoors in the country. like, open field, pretty fall like feel. i dont know maybe i just over think stuff like this?

tomorrow i'm gonna go to Target and Kohl's to see if i can find a cute nice shirt for Brandon (middle brother) to match my dress and Landen's shirt. if you have any ideas or suggestions, please help a girl out!! i'm also gonna go to Hobby Lobby(love this store) and buy some more scrapbook paper to make some ideas i have. i will post a diy for all the stuff i make!
